14th Symposium - London 2005
Tuesday, 6th September

The organising committee of the S.P.P.C. look forward to meeting you on Tuesday, 6th September.

Registration will open from 9.00 a.m. for a conference start at 9:30 a.m.

Registration will take place at the Bronze Gate staff entrance to the Museum which is located in Exhibition Road South Kensington. Please note that due to heightened security, access to the conference is by the Exhibition Road entrance only. No access will be permitted to the main Museum front entrance in Cromwell Road or through the galleries before public opening times.

The conference will be held in the Palaeontology Department Demonstration Room which is situated on the ground floor of the Museum, off Gallery 30.

The morning will consist of a series of presentations, with a mid-morning coffee break.

Lunch will be from 12.55 until 2pm. (Please note that lunch is not provided but there will be an opportunity to eat in the Museum canteen or in cafes or bars situated in South Kensington.)

The afternoon session will consist of tours of the Palaeontology Conservation Unit starting at 2.00 finishing at 3.30 followed by a tea/coffee break.

There will be an opportunity to meet conservation staff, see exhibitions of work and ask questions during the afternoon tours.

The day will close at 4.00pm.
